Last month I did a really great assignment for Natural Solutions Magazine. The piece was about the zodiac signs and what they can tell you about your health. The job was to do a full page spread lead illustration of a woman stargazing and then each zodiac sign for spreads on the following two pages. It was a really interesting project to work on, especially since I never have paid a lot of attention to things like the zodiac, so I had to do some research to figure out what each one was as well as the corresponding constellation. I decided to do each zodiac sign as a drawing of what they symbolize over the actual constellation. I think the whole thing came out pretty nicely.

I took some shots of the final published pieces that are in this month’s Natural Solutions Magazine. There is some glare because the magazine is printed on very shiny paper.
